We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 90 days of the date of purchase for a prompt credit (you must contact Customer Service BEFORE returning your product to obtain an RMA- Return Merchandize Authorization.)
If the product was received damaged, or items are missing from your shipment, please contact our office within 3 business days to arrange for replacement. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not responsible for any product damage that occurs during return shipment, nor can we accept crushed, leaking, or soiled bottles. Omega-Direct does not pay for return shipping charges. If your order was eligible for free shipping with the original shipment, the amount of credit will be the total purchase price, less our actual shipping charges.
All returned orders over $500 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return postage is paid by customer.
